Due to the nature of our products, all fragrance purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for approved refunds to be processed.
